“An Ebola Vaccine Would Likely Have Been Found By Now If Not For Budget Cuts: NIH Director” (add name and source). All factions of the Grand Old Party preach about balanced budgets, cutting taxes, trickle-down economy, and support of war and the defense budget. It is a national shame that almost the only recent instance when both parties voted together was their recent support of the War Against the Islamic State (IS). They deny or reduce funds for social programs and anything that helps the 99%. The following is excerpted from an SFNM/ABQJ article:
