Project Bombshell declassified

-A A +A

Since the beginning of June a new kind of transmission has been coming from your television. Project: Bombshell is a web and TV show featuring Los Alamos burlesque skits and showcasing local bands and venues.

Bringing the variety show into the 21st century, Project: Bombshell is the first show to be centered on the talent buried “on The Hill.”

The production is a brainchild of April Brown and Alexander Rose, from White Rock that writes, directs, choreographs, films, edits and acts.

Screening of the second episode, which includes The Bronach-Celtic Blues Band, as well as DK and the Affordables with special guest Todd Lawson LaTourrette, will be held in Don Quixote Distillery’s tasting room at the old Line Camp building in Pojoaque. Doors open at 7 p.m. on Friday, entry fee $5 (proceeds go to create a budget, vastly improving viewer experience). Watch weekly on PAC-8 (Cable Ch.8) at 11 p.m. Fridays, streaming on PAC8.org.
