April 23

7:44 a.m. — A 54-year-old Abiquiu man said to police he was a victim of a car burglary on Rose Street.

11:19 a.m. — Victor Martinez, 31, of Los Alamos was arrested through a magistrate court bench warrant at the Los Alamos Police Department. The original charge was aggravated driving while intoxicated, (refusal to submit to chemical testing) at Arkansas Avenue on Jan. 25.

11:48 a.m. — Alicia Martinez, 29, of Los Alamos was arrested through a magistrate court bench warrant at the Los Alamos Police Department.

4:12 p.m. — Cody Sowers, 27, of Jemez Springs was arrested through a misdemeanor warrant from another jurisdiction at the Los Alamos police department. The original charge was criminal damage to property committed on July 31, 2012.

5:03 p.m. — A 31-year-old Los Alamos woman was involved in an accident with injuries at the intersection of East Road and Trinity Drive, according to police.

6:54 p.m. — Susan Reass, 36, was arrested through a municipal court warrant in the 800 block of 9th Street. The original charge was operating a vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor at Tecolote.

9:21 p.m. — Justin Carman, 20, of Los Alamos was arrested through a municipal court warrant at the Los Alamos police department.

April 24

10:32 a.m. — A 39-year-old Los Alamos woman was the victim of animal bites on West Road. Animal was impounded.

11:26 a.m. — Jerome Montoya, 27, of Los Alamos was arrested through a magistrate court bench warrant at the Los Alamos Police Department. The original charge was embezzlement (less than $100) at Diamond Drive.

4:04 pm. — Joseph Fawcett, 34, of Los Alamos was arrested for criminal damage to property (more than $1,000) on Aztec Avenue.

7:12 p.m. — A 16-year-old Los Alamos teen was arrested on a charge of aggravated burglary (perpetrator was armed) at Kris Court.

April 25

1:13 p.m. — Dustin Haslam, 30, of Los Alamos was arrested on a municipal court warrant in the 3000 block of Ridgeway. The original charge was resisting, evading or obstructing an officer at 41st Street.

3:23 p.m. — Sam King, 57, of Los Alamos was arrested for causing an accident that lead to property damage in the 3000 block of Gold Street.

6:45 p.m. — Anthony Brophy, 56, of Los Alamos was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct, (being loud, profane, boisterous) at Pueblo Drive.

April 26

2:43 a.m. — Wesley McCutcheon, 35, of Jemez Springs was arrested through a magistrate court bench warrant at the Los Alamos police station. The original charge was reckless driving on N.M. 4, July 13, 2012.

April 29
12:34 p.m. — A 73-year-old Los Alamos man reported to police he was the victim of criminal damage to property (less than $1,000) at Trinity Drive.

1:45 p.m. — Sean Boyer, 43, of Santa Fe was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant from another jurisdiction on San Ildefonso Road.

3:10 p.m. — Kevin Martinez, 21, of Ohkay Owingeh was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant from another jurisdiction at Trinity Drive.

3:43 p.m. — David Fuller, 34, of Los Alamos was arrested on a magistrate court bench warrant at the Los Alamos police station. The original charge was damage to the property of a household member (less than $100) on Nov. 5, 2014.
