Sept. 26
1:22 p.m. – Los Alamos police investigated a case of criminal sexual contact. Investigation is still active.

6:23 p.m. – Los Alamos police investigated a criminal damage to property complaint. Investigation is inactive.

Sept. 27
5:16 p.m. – Emilio Lujan-Delafuente, 29, of Pojoaque, was booked into the Los Alamos County Detention Center on district court warrant. Defendant is still in custody.

8:50 p.m. – Los Alamos police investigated a larceny items stolen from a room at a local hotel. Investigation is still active.

Sept. 28
10:51 a.m. – Los Alamos police investigated the negligent use of an explosives case at Los Alamos High School. Investigation is inactive.

Sept. 29
1:10 p.m. – Los Alamos police investigated a larceny.

3:40 p.m. – Los Alamos police investigated an incident where items were taken from an unlocked vehicle.

5:30 p.m. – Los Alamos police cited/summoned someone for simple battery for a fight between family members.

11:55 p.m. – Los Alamos police referred a simple battery case to the district attorney’s office.

Oct. 1
12:52 p.m. – Los Alamos police investigated a credit card fraud incident. Investigation is inactive.

Oct. 2
10:06 a.m. – Los Alamos police referred a harassment case to Teen Court.

3:21 p.m. – Andrea R. Rivera, 31, of Los Alamos was booked into the Los Alamos County  Detention Center on a district court warrant. Defendant is still in custody.

6:45 p.m. – Pedro Sanchez, 55, of Cordova, was booked into the Los Alamos County Detention Center on a district court warrant. Defendant is still in custody.

9:18 p.m. – Gary Sanchez, 48, of Española, was booked into the Los Alamos County Detention Center for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, and driving with an open container in his car.  Defendant was released.
