Patti Wells pled guilty at the time of traffic stop to failing to yield/stop at a sign. Defendant was fined $50 and must also pay $65 in court costs.
Christian Negre pled guilty at the time of traffic stop to not wearing a seatbelt. Defendant was fined $50 and must also pay $65 in court costs.
Nicole M. Trevette was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of two counts of failing to appear in court, failing to have a proper chauffeurs license and speeding six to 10 miles per hour over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $200 and must also pay $260 in court costs.
David A. Martinez pled no contest in the Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to appear in court and passing in a no passing zone. Defendant was fined $125 and must also pay $130 in court costs.

John W. Walter pled guilty at the time of traffic stop to speeding 11 to 15 miles per hour over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $75 and must also pay $65 in court costs.
Hakim Boukhalfa pled guilty at the time of traffic stop to speeding 11 to 15 miles per hour over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $75 and must also pay $65 in court costs.

Daniel T. Yamada was found guilty in Los Alamos Magistrate Court of possession of a controlled substance. Defendant was fined $300 and must also pay $148 in court costs. Defendant was sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation.
Probation conditions: Defendant will obey all laws and not be arrested, indicted, charged or convicted of any other offense. Defendant to continue on current treatment. Defendant shall not possess a firearm, destructive device or weapon. Defendant will meet with a probation officer within seven days and maintain contact as instructed. Defendant shall pay $25 per moth in probation fees. Payment will be made to the Los Alamos Municipal Court.
Melissa V. Valdez-Romero was found guilty by the Los Alamos Magistrate Court of careless driving. Defendant was sentenced to 48 hours of community service, and unsupervised probation for 90 days. Defendant was fined $300 and must also pay $81 in court costs.
Probation conditions: Defendant will obey all laws and not be arrested, charged or convicted of any other offense. Defendant shall not possess or consume alcohol or enter a liquor establishment. Defendant shall not possess a firearm, destructive device or weapon. The defendant shall enter, participate in, and successfully complete the Victim Impact Program within 90 days.
