Oct. 29
Eric Rosas pleaded no contest in Los Alamos Municipal Court of failing to use seatbelts. Sentencing deferred until Dec. 29. Defendant must also pay $65 in court costs.

Heather Apodaca pleaded no contest in Los Alamos Muncipal Court of failing to yield or stop sign. Defendant was fined $50 and must also pay $65 in court costs.

Dwight Ray was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court for casual sales of motor vehicles. Defendant was fined $50.

Michael McConnell  was found guilty by the Los Alamos Muncipal Court of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Defendant was fined $750 and must also pay $300 in court costs. Defendant was confined to jail. Defendant must also perform community service, receive a substance abuse assessment and undergo treatment for substance abuse and attend DWI school.

Oct. 30
Lorinda Kasandra Nelson was found guilty by the Los Alamos Muncipal Court for failing to put on headlights. Defendant received a deferred sentence. Defendant must pay $65 in court costs. Sentence deferred until Nov. 30.

Carolina Soaterna was found guilty inLos Alamos Municipal Court for speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $50 and must also pay $65 in court costs.

Thomas Ragsdale was found guilty by the Los Alamos Municipal Court of careless driving which led to an accident. Sentencing deferred until Jan. 11. Defendant also sentenced to defensive driving school.

Arturo Duran was found guilty  through Citepay of failing to pay court cost and/or fines and speeding six to 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. Defendant was fined $50 and must also pay $65 in court costs.
