Quiet, Gentle Walk. 9 a.m. to noon. A gentle walk for those who want a quiet hike along a relatively flat trail. The walks range from one to two miles in length and may include gentle changes in elevation. Led by Sue Watts. Meet at PEEC at 9 a.m. to carpool to the trailhead. The Los Alamos Council on Cancer in collaboration with the American Cancer Society is presenting a “Look Good Feel Better” program from 4-5:30 p.m. in the Cancer Corner at Los Alamos Medical Center. The mission of Look Good Feel Better is to improve the self-esteem and quality of life of people undergoing treatment for cancer. It aims to improve a woman’s self-image and appearance through complimentary group, individual and self-help beauty sessions.

The Los Alamos Table Tennis Club meets from 7:30-10 p.m. Tuesdays; and from 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Saturdays, at the Betty Ehart Senior Center, lower level. On Tuesday, there is a fee of $2 per player.
