After first-round byes, the Hilltopper boys will play No. 6 Centennial and the Hilltopper girls will play No. 6 Roswell in the quarterfinals Friday.
Albuquerque Academy is the top-seeded boys team and second-seeded girls team. Farmington got the girls top seed and second boys seed.
Los Alamos’ George Margevicius and Sidra Hiseh-Ratliff both won their district singles brackets.
“It felt really good,” Margevicius said. “My sister won (districts) and she won state. I took second last year (in doubles) so it was good to finally win the bracket.”
