It’s the best of both worlds for those who do what they love to do and do it for a good cause.

The Bike MS: Pedal Los Pueblos is a fundraising event that has cyclists hitting the road for two days, covering 150 miles.

Cleland, who has been cycling for 25 years, said she can’t wait to take part in the annual trek. Cleland started out cycling for fun and turned it into a lifestyle.

  • Vets hit peak at Kilimanjaro

NAIROBI, Kenya (AP) — The three American veterans from three different wars had only one good leg among them. But that didn’t stop them from summiting Africa’s highest mountain.

  • Bike sold for $5 in Ky. once...

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) — The bicycle had two flat tires, but Greg Estes figured the $5 asking price still made it a great bargain at a yard sale. Little did he know just how great.

Estes checked on the bike’s origin after buying it in Owenton this month. He was shocked to learn it may be worth as much as $8,000 and was custom built for cycling star Floyd Landis, who used it in the 2007 Leadville 100, a mountain bike race in Colorado.

  • Kuchar doesn't waste time...

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (AP) — Matt Kuchar didn't waste any time taking the lead at the PGA Championship.

Ernie Els is still on the course at 4 under, and former Masters champions Angel Cabrera and Zach Johnson are part of a group at 3 under.
