The Los Alamos Atomic Tumblers traveled to the Albuquerque Convention Center recently to compete in the Region 3 USA Gymnastics Xcel Regional Meet.
There were approximately 250 diamond, platinum and gold division gymnasts from Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Wyoming, Kansas and New Mexico competed in the two-day event. Arkansas, who is also in the eegion, did not send a team.
The Atomic Tumblers had an awesome showing and won numerous medals in the tough competition.
