Violations: Two high-risk violations, contaminated equipment — slicer has food product, must clean. Corrected; sanitizer <50 ppm, corrected; one moderate-risk violation, contaminated equipment — cutting boards have deep grooves and need replacing. Must have smooth contact surface and be able to clean. Seal around walk-in refrigerator needs repair, lots of condensation building up inside with compressor overworked.
Status of establishment: Approved, no follow-up required.
