Eric Radosevich
Continuance granted in case involving LANL employee, accused of pistol whipping

A northern New Mexico city councilor and Los Alamos National Laboratory employee was charged with aggravated battery and assault after deputies say he pistol whipped a man and shot at his vehicle. He also was charged with shooting at or from a motor vehicle.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office said deputies arrested Española City Councilor Eric Radosevich this week in connection with a bizarre altercation at a Pojoaque gas station June 21.
According to authorities, Radosevich, 43, was among a group of men who got into an argument with a man at the Kicks 66 gas station after someone was spotted “flirting” with the man’s wife.
Also charged was Benjamin Duran, 29, of Santa Fe and Samuel Garcia, 51, of Española.
The victim, later identified as David Perez, 35, of Santa Fe, pulled a baseball bat out of his pickup truck to confront the man talking to his wife but was chased back into his vehicle by three or four men from another pickup, a white Chevrolet, authorities said.
