Harry Burgess of Carlsbad.

Councilor Mike Wismer first took a moment to thank Acting County Administrator Randy Autio for “sitting in the hot seat” the last few months. “Your service was exemplary,” Wismer said. Wismer then summed up the reasons Burgess was chosen.
“Harry Burgess has a strong economic development background. In fact, that was the emphasis of his PhD. He really did his homework, and has, as a result, what I would consider an excellent grasp on the pulse of Los Alamos.
