Shortly after accused child rapist 21-year-old Stephen Geisik was released from jail Tuesday on a $10,000 signature bond, he was named in dispatch logs later that night for allegedly calling and harassing a 16-year-old Los Alamos female.
As part of the conditions of his release, he was not supposed to make contact with minors with the exception of his son.
Los Alamos Police Department’s Capt. Randy Foster said it’s not known if the caller was, in fact, Geisik.
The District Attorney did not file a continuance in the case so judge Pat Casados released Geisik on a $10,000 signature bond. But if Geisik violated any stipulations of his release, he would be put back in jail and would have to pay that $10,000 back to the court, Casados said.
