12:17 p.m. – A 53-year-old Los Alamos man told police that he had been the victim of fraudulent use of a credit card without consent at 36th Street.
9:26 p.m. – A 42-year-old Los Alamos man was the victim of a domestic disturbance at Peach Street. No charges were filed.
2:33 a.m. – Marcy Garcia, 33, of Ohkay Owingeh, was arrested on a charge of aggravated DWI and refusal to submit to chemical testing in the 3000 block of Trinity Drive.
5:07 p.m. – Antoinette Gonzales, 27, of Santa Fe, was arrested on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant out of Santa Fe County.
6:20 p.m. – An 85-year-old Los Alamos female told police that she had been the victim of fraud (more than $20,000) at Trinity Drive.
9:02 p.m. – Mark Henins, 47, of Los Alamos, was arrested on a charge of scavenging recycling material at Overlook Park.
