The weather was near-perfect for the Los Alamos Monitor’s 50-Fest celebration Saturday afternoon at Fuller Lodge. The festival was staged as a thank you for Los Alamos in recognition of the news organization’s 50th anniversary. The event featured a number of activities for young and old alike including two bands, lots of birthday cake, and a number of businesses and other organizations exhibiting on the lawn and nearby Central Park Square.
