* WINDS... INCREASING LATE THIS MORNING FROM THE WEST-NORTHWEST AT 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH.

* SNOW LEVELS... TEMPERATURES WILL BE COLD ENOUGH FOR SNOW AT ALL LEVELS.
