* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS... TOTAL OF 3 TO 5 INCHES. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE ALONG WEST AND SOUTHWEST FACING SLOPES.

* TIMING... SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO DECREASE IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY THROUGH THE LATE MORNING.

* WINDS... NO WIDESPREAD SIGNIFICANT WINDS ARE EXPECTED.

* SNOW LEVELS... FALLING BACK TO THE SURFACE EARLY TONIGHT.

* LOCAL IMPACTS... .SNOW PACKED ROADS... REDUCED VISIBILITIES... AND TREACHEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED.

... SNOW CONTINUING ACROSS NORTHERN NEW MEXICO THROUGH THE MORNING...

AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH IS EXITING NEW MEXICO... BUT LIGHT SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE ACROSS THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS AND ADJACENT HIGHLANDS THROUGH THE LATE MORNING. THE GREATEST POTENTIAL FOR AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR TWO OF SNOW ACCUMULATION WILL BE OVER THE SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS AND THE HIGHER PEAKS OF THE SANGRE DE CRISTO MOUNTAINS WITH LIGHTER AMOUNTS OVER THE ADJACENT HIGHLANDS. SNOW WILL BECOME LIGHTER AND MORE INTERMITTENT BY THE AFTERNOON.
