The morning commute was an icy one Wednesday.
The Truck Route was closed for close to three hours after four separate accidents because of black ice on the roadway, according to LAPD’s Scott Mills.
Mills said the road was reopened by the Los Alamos National Laboratory by 11 a.m.
Mills reported that there were just minor injuries in the accidents.
Mills said there also was an accident on the Main Hill Wednesday morning but that has since been cleared and the road is open.
It was rough going this morning as well as Mills said there were two single-vehicle, non-injury crashes on the Truck Route because of black ice.
