'Topper girls down Bernalillo by 20

Los Alamos’ top senior shone bright on Senior Night at Griffith Gymnasium.

Hilltopper Erin Kirk dropped in 21 points Friday in a District 2-4A girls basketball contest, leading Los Alamos to a big win. Kirk scored 15 points in the first half, helping the Hilltoppers overcome a slow start to win 57-37 over the Bernalillo Spartans.

Los Alamos improves to 3-2 in District 2-4A play to start the second half the district season.
