Albuquerque catcher Tim Federowicz had a RBI double and Albuquerque pitchers John Ely and Josh Wall both threw shutout innings in the Triple-A All-Star Game Wednesday.
Federowicz's run-scoring double helped the PCL All-Stars pick up a 3-0 victory in the game, played in Buffalo, N.Y. Federowicz, who was the starting catcher Wednesday, came through with the two-out hit to drive in Wil Myers of Omaha after Myers led off the inning with a double.
The PCL scored twice in the first to take a 2-0 lead.
The Istopes begin the second half of the regular season tonight when they travel to Nashville. They return home Monday for an eight-game set.
