Some tips for keeping your weight off include: • Eating smaller portions and less often • Eating a wide range of various foods that allow for good nutrition• Eating lots of fiber foods that include grains, vegetables, and fruits• Eating lower fat foods• Avoiding soda and other high sugar foods and drinks• Increasing your water intake; and• Exercising at a moderate level on a regular basis
