We want to thank all those friends who came to George’s retirement celebration at Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church.

It was a wonderful turn out and it gave us an incomparable memory to treasure. You have been most generous in your outpouring of cards, gifts and comments to George, and we are most grateful.

This is a community we love and the people here are indeed a blessing in our lives.

Celebrating 20 years

The Aquatic Center Advisory Subcommittee wishes to thank everyone who contributed to the fundraising events held in conjunction with the recent 20th anniversary party.

We are working to add a children’s/leisure pool at the Aquatic Center. Myrna Landt donated a lovely quilt. Gary Warren and Village Arts donated a beautiful, framed photograph. Oresti’s Restaurant donated a gift certificate. Denise McCoy donated a special fleece blanket. There was also a 10-punch children’s pass for the Aquatic Center. We thank everyone who participated in this very successful fundraising event, whether a recipient of one of these items or not.
