SNOW SHOWERS PERSISTING OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF NORTHERN AND CENTRAL NEW MEXICO THIS MORNING WILL GRADUALLY DISSIPATE THROUGH LATE MORNING. VERY COLD TEMPERATURES AND NORTHWEST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH WILL HOLD WIND CHILL READINGS BETWEEN 5 AND 15 DEGREES THROUGH THE MORNING. SKIES WILL CLEAR BY THIS AFTERNOON WITH SOME FLURRIES LINGERING OVER THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS.
