High school rodeo competitor Jake Trujillo is congratulated by Los Alamos athletic director Vicki Nelms (front) as he signs his National Letter of Intent to compete with Otero Junior College in La Junta, Colo. Trujillo is one of the top New Mexico prep steer wrestlers. He competed at the National High School Rodeo Championships last summer. Trujillo signed his NLOI during a noon ceremony Monday.
