No LAHS passes accepted for tourney games

Los Alamos High School will not accept athletic passes or staff IDs for tonight’s boys District 2AAAA tournament basketball game or Friday’s girls District 2AAAA tournament game.Price for admission is $5 per person.Only New Mexico Activities Association-issued passes will be accepted.Ticket sales for both tonight’s game and Friday’s game will start at 6 p.m.

Hockey team advances to state title game

The Los Alamos Hilltopper ice hockey team will play in the state championship game Saturday.The New Mexico Interscholastic Ice Hockey League championship game will be played at the Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho against the Rio Rancho Rams.Face-off time for the state championship game is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.Los Alamos went 2-1 at the End-of-Year Tournament to qualify for the title game.
