The New Mexico Thunder softball team will hold a car wash Saturday at the Shell gas station on Trinity Drive.
The New Mexico Thunder is made up of local players 16-and-under. Money earned from the car wash will help defray travel costs.
Saturday’s car wash is scheduled from 10 a.m.-noon at the station.
Camp opens Monday
The High Altitude Camp for wrestlers starts Monday. The camp, for boys and girls in grades 3-12, will include instruction from Nate Yetzer, assistant coach at Virginia Tech University.
