Girls hoops game rescheduled for Feb. 19

The Los Alamos Hilltopper girls basketball team has rescheduled its away game with Piedra Vista, Los Alamos High School’s athletic office announced Tuesday.
The game, originally scheduled for Dec. 17, will be played Feb. 19. The game was postponed by a snowstorm.
Game times are set for 11 a.m. for the C team, 12:30 p.m. for the junior varsity and 2 p.m. for the varsity.

Jr. ’Toppers start again Saturday

The Jr. ’Toppers basketball program returns this week.
Jr. ’Toppers is scheduled for 8 a.m. Saturday in Griffith Gymnasium. Jr. Toppers is for youth ages 4-13. The program helps promote fundamental skills and core values.
The program is held weekly from 8-9 a.m.

Adult racquetball league starting

The Family YMCA of Los Alamos is currently accepting registrations for its adult racquetball league.

The league is designed so that participants may play at a mutually convenient time for players each week.

Registration is open to anyone 16 and older. The season runs from Feb. 14-April 30 and ends in a tournament.
