The Los Alamos Triatomics multi-sport club will again hold it Splash and Dash Series this summer, starting tonight.
The Splash and Dash Series is a group of training events geared primarily for those wanting to prepare for the upcoming Los Alamos Triathlon.
Participants can choose one of two course, consisting of a 400-yard swim followed by a 5K run or a 200-yard swim followed by a 3K run, both of which occur in and around the Larry R. Walkup Aquatic Center.
The event is free but registration is limited to the first 75 entrants. Registration is done at the Walkup Center starting at 6:20 p.m. on the day of the event.
Other Splash and Dash events are set for July 9, July 23 and Aug. 6.
