Snowboarders head down a trail at Pajarito Mountain during a recent ski season. Pajarito announced that it received between 5-6 inches of new snow out of Wednesday’s storm. Currently, the ski area is reporting a base of 17 inches of variable conditions, which is close to what it needs to open for the upcoming Winter Break.
