Skate park on agenda

The county council will meet in a work session Tuesday in Council Chambers in the Community Building at 475 20th St. The location of a skate park in Los Alamos is one of three agenda items on council’s business agenda, along with a valuation plan presented by Los Alamos County Assessor Joann Johnson, and the request for council to set March 25, 2008, to discuss an appeal of a Planning and Zoning Commission decision to deny the Donaldson subdivision. Also on the agenda is a public hearing on an application for a beer and wine license for Bandelier Grill.The location of a proposed skate park has been discussed at council meetings held on June 26 and Oct. 30, 2007, as well as at the Jan.
