The New Mexico Self Insurer’s Fund has selected a law firm to represent Los Alamos County in its lawsuit against former LAPD commanders Randy Foster and Scott Mills and detective Paige Early.
County PIO Julie Habiger said Thursday that the county will be represented by Montgomery & Andrews Law Firm of Santa Fe.
Linda Hemphill and George Geran, attorneys representing Foster, Mills and Early filed the lawsuit Jan. 15 in district court, alleging wrongful discharge, retaliation and gender discrimination.
The Los Alamos Monitor broke down the complaint filed by Foster, Mills and Early earlier this month and the series of articles can be found on LAMonitor.com.
