George Glass was the top predictor at the Atomic City Roadrunners’ pace race this week.The pace race was held Tuesday at Cañada del Buey Trail in White Rock. In all, 14 walkers and runners participated in this week’s race.Glass, racing on the 1-mile course, finished with an adjusted prediction error of 33 seconds. Christie Kelly had a prediction error of 44 seconds on the 3-mile course.Duane Marr was second on the short course, missing his prediction time by 60 seconds.The fastest finisher on the 3-mile course was Ted Romero, who finished in 20:45 and was also the second-best predictor on that course, missing his finish time by 65 seconds.Tomasz Klimczuk finished first on the 1-mile course, finishing in a time of 8:18.The next pace race will be held Tuesday at 6 p.m. The race will start at the Los Alamos County Ice Rink.For more information, call 662-5959.
