Can we afford the Bill Richardson agenda here in New Mexico? The governor has had to withdraw from the national scene due to his possible involvement in the play-to-play scandal involving CDR Financial Products. (Come to think about it, isn’t it dubious “financial products” that have caused our current economic recession? Hmmm....)
My question, what other “tit-for-tat” scenarios are in the works? Perhaps some big oil interests such as Diamond Drilling, Venoco or Valero for the natural resources of our beloved state. Or perhaps so-called “domestic partnership rights” for the amoral Hollywood elites who contributed generously to certain New Mexico politicians!
If a Richardson agenda is not good for the nation, lets tell our state Legislature during this session that his agenda is not good for our state either.
