Date Inspected: Aug. 14
Violations: Five high-risk violations. Ice condensation dripping onto unwrapped food in display unit. Unwrapped food stored on surfaces with particle accumulation in display unit. Particle accumulation on band saw and slicer. Toxic chemicals stored above three-compartment sink. Paint stored in food prep area below slicer. Four moderate-risk violations. Unwrapped food (meat) held in display refrigerator and freezer. Cockroach and flies observed in a facility, must have facility serviced. Band slicer is cracked with duct tape. Heavy ice condensation in display refrigerator and open top chest freezer.  Two low-risk violations. Missing floor tiles in meat market service area exposes  unsealed concrete. Particle accumulation on ceiling in meat market service area.
Status of Establishment: Approved. Meat market not in operation at time of inspection. Follow up from Aug. 31.

Date Inspected: Aug. 14
Violations: Four high-risk violations. Raw eggs stored at room temperature in food prep area. No refrigerator available in kitchen deli area. Ice condensation dripping onto unwrapped food in display case. No date labels on food stored in refrigerator over 24 hours. Four moderate-risk violations. Cleaning chemicals including above three-compartment sink. No sanitizer available to test. Cockroach observed near hand wash sink. Stem thermometers not available in facility. Three low-risk violations. Screen door does not close tightly, remains 2-3 open if not pulled shut. Inadequate lighting in deli food prep area. Light bulb unshielded in vent hood.
Status of Establishment: Approved. Follow up from Aug. 31.

Taco Bell, 1600 Riverside Dr.
Date Inspected: Aug. 14
Violations: Two high-risk violations. Paper towel dispenser and counter hand wash sink is empty, which was corrected at time of inspection. Drain lines for soda machines has 1-inch air gap. One moderate-risk violation. Bulk containers with rice, etc. are not labeled. Two low-risk violations. Back aisle near three-compartment sink and emergency exit door is blocked, which was corrected immediately. Wall near three-compartment sink has grime on it.
Status of Establishment: Approved. No follow up required.

Lovin’ Oven Bakery, 107 N. Riverside Dr.
Date Inspected: Aug. 14
Violations: Four high-risk violations. Eggs stored above ready to eat food in refrigerator. Particle accumulation on scoops for flour and sugar. Doughnuts held on service counter unwrapped and not protected from contamination by consumers, must have cover in place in display unit. Varnish stored adjacent to clean linens. Four moderate-risk violations. Spray bottle must be labeled with contents. Wood panel is not non-absorbent, smooth and easily cleanable, must seal or paint bare wood. Bulk food containers not labeled with contents. Inadequate lighting in storage area. Unshielded light bulb on glass door refrigerator. Three low-risk violations. Food stored on floor in dining area. Excess equipment throughout the facility, which must be maintained free of debris and clutter that could harbor pests, flies and ants that were observed. Broken and missing tiles and the appearance of water damage above refrigerator and in oven area.

El Paragua Restaurant, 603 Santa Cruz Road
Date Inspected: Aug. 18
Violations: Two high-risk violations. Not enough sanitizer available. Improper cooling of food. Six moderate-risk violation. Hard water build up on ice machines. Raw eggs and meat stored above ready to eat food. Employee drinks stored above ready to eat food. Ice scoops not stored in dish washable containers. Particle accumulation on dish washing trays. Condensation in freezers may get in contact with food or food containers. Two low-risk violations. Food stored on floor in dry storage area. Pooling of water behind ice machine in dry storage area, must have work order in the fix by Aug. 31. Window to dry storage area is open with no screen. Bare concrete in ware wash area.
Status of Establishment: Approved. Follow up required after Aug. 31.
