Violations: One high-risk violation. Sanitizer solution not available, but was corrected during time of inspection. One moderate-risk violation. Refrigerator missing internal thermometer.

Violations: One high-risk violation. Soap dispenser at hand wash sink broken. It was replaced, during the time of inspection. Six low-risk violations. Inadequate light in cooler. Some ceiling tiles in prep area are not smooth and absorbable. Openings and cracks in ceiling tiles. Panels peeling away from wall. Floor tiles missing in wash area. Restroom doors not self closing.

Violations: Two high-risk violations. Improper holding, poor personal hygiene. Three moderate-risk violations.  Vent fans have dust/mold buildup, shelves have dust buildup, no test kit/strips for sanitizer, microwaves and refrigerator are not ANSI/NSF approved, rusted equipment. Two low-risk violations. Employees have no hair restraints or hats, bucket of food on the floor in walk in refrigerator.

Violations: Five high-risk violations. Food on prep refrigerator, dented cans mixed in with good stock, no soap or paper towels at hand washing station in prep area, can opener has food buildup, utensils stored in sanitizer basket, insecticides in prep storage area. Two moderate-risk violations. Hand washing stations are blocked by trashcans, top of pizza oven has food buildup, microwave is not ANSI approved. One low-risk violation. Employees have no hair restraints.

Violations: Three high-risk violations. Ice stored on top of ice machine, and lid to ice bin. Cook’s cloths kept in employees back pocket, sanitizer in bucket at 0 ppm.  (All corrected). One moderate-risk violation. Food not stored in original container.

Date Inspected: Dec. 10

Violations: Four high-risk violations. Tray dishwashing machine not sanitizing. Employee eating over food prep table, no paper towels at hand washing station in food prep area, ice dripping from cooler unit in walk-in freezer floor of walk in refrigerators. Freezer has very heavy food buildup. Three moderate-risk violations. Food buildup on shelves in/on prep areas, grease buildup on ovens, food equipment is rusted and shall be made smooth, non absorbent, and easy to clean. Buildup of boxes next to bakery may act as a harborage for pets. One low-risk violation. Food container boxes stored on floor.

Violations: Four high-risk violations. Hand washing station has ice bags in it. No soap at hand washing station, ice scoops stored on tops of ice machine. No tags for oysters, knife holder has food buildup.  Three moderate-risk violations. Food buildup on doors to display case, on walls, and floors. Test kit for sanitizer is wet, rusted equipment.

Two moderate-risk violations. Hand washing station is blocked, old grease stored for 9 days.  Three low-risk violations. Wall behind three-compartment sink has a gap that shall be sealed, lights over roaster have no protective covering, tools stored over rang roaster.
