Violations: One high-risk violation. There was no soap or towels at the hand wash sink, which was corrected during inspection.

Violations: One moderate-risk violation. Permit is not posted. Two low-risk violations. Dispenser at three-compartment sink is in need of repair. All food handlers must wear hair restraints, i.e. caps or hair nets.

Date inspected: Oct. 28

Violations: Five high-risk violations. Staff must use soap and disposable towels during hand washing, no soap is available. Food contact surfaces need thorough cleaning. Oven is dirty and needs cleaning. Soda stored in bathroom area. Utensils need proper washing, rinsing and sanitizing — have food debris. Staff observed using three-compartment sink improperly. Five moderate-risk violations. No sanitizer test kits present onsite. Walls, floors, ceiling have food spatter, grease, mold on ventilation grill. Home-type microwave is in use — that type of equipment is not allowed. “Display type refrigeration” used to store otentially hazardous foods, including pepperoni, salad, meats and sauce. One low-risk violation. Employees must wear hair restraints. 

Status of Establishment: Staff training is eminent. Follow up required by Nov. 1.
