Ice buildup on top of boxes in freezer, tops on container cannot be cleaned, Chicken defrosting over beef in refrigerator. Iced tea container has no lid. No sanitizer in wash bucket, insulation in up right freezer sealed, insecticides stored with food equipment. One moderate-risk violation. Food buildup on/around freezer door, door handles grease buildup over rang. One low-risk violation. Floor tile is cracked near freezer.
