Violations: Two high-risk violations. Improper temperatures in refrigerator, food was tossed and issue was corrected at time of inspection. Refrigerator is not working and is being replaced.

Violations: One high-risk violation. Small holding refrigerator up front was at improper temperature. One low-risk violation. Men’s bathroom had no power to hand dryer and no paper towels. Both violations were corrected during time of inspection.

Violations: Two high-risk violations. Eggs stored at improper temperatures were thrown out. Salsa stored at improper temperature, which was corrected.

Food build up on walls and floors under storage areas. Microwave and toaster oven are not ANSI or NSF approved. One low-risk violation. Food boxes stored on floor.

Food in prep refrigerator stored at improper temperatures. Ice scoops stored in ice machine and food and drinks in it. All high-risk violations were corrected at time of inspection. Three moderate-risk violations. Microwave is not ANSI/NSF approved. Wet rag out of sanitizer bucket. Chemical containers are not labeled. One low-risk violation. Light bulbs do not have protective covers.

Violations: One high-risk violation. Sanitizer tested at wrong level, which was corrected at time of inspection. One moderate-risk violation. Area between cooler and wall difficult to clean, which was corrected at time of inspection. Four low-risk violations. Inadequate light in prep/wash area, three fixtures were inoperable. Rear door left open without any screening to prevent pests from entering, flies were observed. Debris on panels against exterior walls, allows vermin harborage — also observed behind freezer and inside facility.

Two low-risk violations. Two light bulbs in the walk-in cooler do not have shields. Boxes of frozen food items were stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer.
