Violations: Four high-risk violations. Soap and paper towels were not available at hand wash sink in kitchen, both violations were corrected at time of inspection. Reach in refrigerator is not holding proper food temperatures. Milk gallon containers were not stored at proper temperatures, all containers were disposed of. One moderate-risk violation. Employees used sanitizer to wash hands instead of soap, sanitizer is not a substitute for soap.
