Date inspected: July 27
Violations: One high-risk violation for contaminated equipment — sanitizer at 10 ppm, not strong enough. Corrected.
Status of establishment: Approved, no follow-up required.
China Moon, 121 Central Park Square
Date inspected: July 27
Violations: Four high-risk violations one for improper holding — eggs held at 75 degrees. Corrected, tossed. One for contaminated equipment — scoop handle lying down on rice in rice bin. Corrected. Sushi rice needs to be in enclosed bin. Three low-risk violations, one for animals/vermin/openings — outside back door must be kept closed. Two for floors/walls/ceilings — floor tiles need replacing; floors, walls, ceilings must be kept clean at all times.
Status of establishment: Approved, follow-up Aug. 15.
