Date inspected: July 9
Violations: Investigation after complaint. One moderate-risk violation. Sanitizing strips not available. Researching complaint manager and owner told inspector on June 7, an employee was caught stealing money and was fired. Her and her boyfriend, who also worked there threatened to call the health department. Police report for incident is available. Two low-risk violations. Wall by back door and vents in walk in cooler are dirty. Exhaust hood is very greasy. Clean more often.

Violations: Investigation after customer complaint. Complaint is valid. Two high-risk violations. Employee used bare hands to handle ready to eat food. Food on display is not protected against contamination and flies. Utensils are stored on top of containers, food in containers are not at proper temperature and have to be used in two hours. Two moderate-risk violations. Trash kept outside is not covered and should be moved from near the building. Flies are in and around storage area.

Wood handles and cutting boards are degraded, need to be made smooth and non-absorbent. No thermometer in cold holding units. Beer pooling under grates in cooler. Two low-risk violations. Food storage boxes on floor in walk-in cooler and outside. Vents and fans have dust and mold build up.
