No quat strips available to test sanitizer. Back door was propped open, but was corrected during time of inspection. Fish, pork and chicken stored in refrigerator certified for bottled beverages only.

Violations: Eight high-risk violations. Frozen food in freezer is thawed and not frozen to touch. Tomatoes, spinach and salad dressings were held at improper temperatures and had to be destroyed. Potatoes were improperly cooling in the walk in refrigerator. Sanitizer lower than proper ppm levels. Dented cans mixed in with good stock, which was corrected at time of inspection. Ice machine has mold build up and scoop is covered in grime. Chemical bottles not properly labeled, which was corrected at time of inspection. Ice in hand washing machine. Three low-risk violations. Trash bin lids open and bin and wall is covered in bird waste. Toilet paper stored outside of dispenser.
