Atomic Grill, 103 E. Water St.
Date inspected: July 12, complaint
Violations: Two low-risk violations for floors/walls/ceilings — women’s restroom not in working order. Wall by the dishwasher/three-compartment sink is dirty. Clean. Was being cleaned at inspection time. Leak with the heater. Must be fixed within one week. Meanwhile, the other restroom is being used at the moment.
Notes: Regarding complaint, facility management thinks it’s someone they kicked out of the facility who comes and grabs food here. Used to be friends, but he was told not to grab their foods and pastries. He got mad, threatened to call the health department and posted on Facebook that people should not eat here. No violations were noticed regarding this complaint.
Status of establishment: Approved, follow-up July 20.
