Violations: One moderate-risk violation. No Quat test strips available. Four low-risk violations. Light protection missing in kitchen prep area. Vent in prep area loose, not affixed to ceiling. Fans in walk-in cooler with dust accumulation. Fans in walk in cooler have dust accumulation. Ice scoop not properly stored.

Violations: Five high-risk violations. Food has no date of preparation. Beans, chicken, chili and soups in cold holding are not at proper temperature. Wet rag out of sanitizer bucket. Hand washing station has dirty dishes and ice in it. Three moderate-risk violations. Upright glass door in refrigerator not ANSI/NSF approved. Three-compartment sink used in wrong order. Dust and grease build up on top of food equipment. Two low-risk violations. No hair restraints on employees. Toilet paper dispenser is not sanitarily designed.

All hand washing stations shall have soap, water and paper towels. All bulk food containers shall be labeled. Food prep areas must be cleaned prior to opening.

Violations: Five high-risk violations. Prep sink is directly connected to drain line. Hand washing station blocked by bucket of water, which was corrected at time of inspection. Small holding refrigerator not holding proper food temperatures. Grime build up on ice scoop handle, which was corrected at time of inspection. Paper towels not in dispenser at hand washing station. Three moderate-risk violations. Hand washing station sink blocked by oven. Flour build up on equipment, floors, ceilings and vans. Openings to outer air around doors is not protected. Four low-risk violations. Steam soup kettles need to be sealed to the wall or moved forward to allow for cleaning. Lights over food prep areas do not have protective covers. Ceiling tiles are discolored brown due to inadequate ventilation. Toilet paper not inside a sanitary dispenser.
