Pies are not labeled with ingredients. Ice scoop stored with ladle in ice of wood area. One moderate-risk violation. Cooling units have mold build up in return line. Counter is absorbent and not smooth. Four low-risk violations. Hair restraints need by employees. Dry good storage area used for domestic purpose. Wall behind trash is covered with coffee grounds. Food build up on utensils, walls and ceilings. Medication stored on food prep area. Back door was open. Three low-risk violations. Food prep area used for domestic purposes, no non-food item should be allowed in food prep area. Fans and vents had mold and dust build up. Food boxes need to be six inches off the floor.
