Violations: Two moderate-risk violations. The back door has a gap underneath and must be sealed to keep bugs out. Some food items were dated and others were not. Two low-risk violations. Dry storage room light bulb is burnt and must be fixed immediately because of the darkness in the room. Employee jacket was hanging on shelf where clean utensils are stored, which was corrected at time of inspection.
