The following restaurant inspection reports were provided by the New Mexico Environment Department.

Date inspected: June 8
Violations: Two high-risk violations, one for poor personal hygiene — hand sink without soap and two without trash cans nearby. Corrected. One violation for storage — Rice Krispie treats held unprotected for consumer self-service. Corrected. Four low-risk violations, one for contaminated equipment — openings to crawl space above and below rooms not sealed/open; one for floors/walls/ceilings — base coring not installed in prep area; two for ventilation/lighting — one light inoperable; one light unprotected above salad station.
