Large food containers and buckets have build up and need to be cleaned. Dented cans and damaged good need to be stored away from good stack.
Three moderate-risk violations. Flour build up on food equipment needs to be cleaned. Wood stands and floors needs to be made smooth and non-absorbent. Back door is open and should always be closed. One low-risk violation for dust and build up on fans and vents.

Drain lines need to be labeled and food containers and equipment should not be stored under them. Trash can needed under hand washing station. Two low-risk violations. Hair restraints need to be worn by all employees. Container boxes need to be off the floor.

Violations: Four high-risk violations. Cold holding temperature is at 43-56 degrees, but needs to be at 41 degrees or colder. Hand washing sink has cups in it and should only be used for soap and water and hand washing only. Spray bottles need to be labeled for easy identification. Sanitizer strip has water damage. Two moderate-risk violations. Door handles have food build up and dish wash area has food splatter. Microwave is not ANIS-NSF approved. One low-risk violation. All employees need to wear hair restraints.

Violations: Seven high-risk violations. Wet rag out of sanitizer bucket, need test strips for sanitizer. All cold storage units are not at correct temperatures, which should be 41 degrees or colder and food should be labeled and used within four hours. Employee drinks over prep area. Hand washing stations have ice build up and needs soap. Meat stored over veggies. Ice tea containers have open lids. Insulation over food and can opener. Three moderate-risk violations. Microwaves are not ASNI and NSF approved. Shelves are rusted and wood stains need to be smooth and non-absorbent. Three low-risk violations. Employees need hair restraints. Vents and fans have dust and mold build up. Floors throughout the facility are degraded and need to be made smooth and non-absorbent.

Violations: Six high-risk violations. Wet rags out of sanitizer bucket. Food out of date in walk-in refrigerator and ice pooling to food in walk-in freezer. High temperature washing machine needs temperature test strips and spray bottles need to be labeled. Canned food needs to be stored away from good stock. Insulation is exposed over food bins in storage area and hand washing station needs paper towels. Four moderate-risk violations. Food build up on door handles, can opener and behind equipment needs to be cleaned. Shelves in walk-in refrigerator are rusted and need to be non-absorbent. Permit must be posted in conspicuous space. Meds need to be stored away from food areas. Two low-risk violations. Vents and fans have dust and mold build up. Hair restraints needed for all employees.

Violations: Inspection after complaint. The following violations were found: Not maintaining accurate shellfish records. Tags out of date on shellfish, investigators had to ask for more current records, 24 hours or less. Inadequate light in prep area. Dish rags stored on floor. Bare hand contact with raw oysters while working. Unable to find thermometer quickly, not able to maintain proper temperatures.

Violations: Investigation after first inspection. The following violations were found: Insufficient storage of tortilla chips. No sanitizer test strip kit. Thermometer gives inadequate readings, off 20 degrees. No base covering and bare wood shelves. Bare wood and unfinished walls in storage area. Must install partition between hand washing sink and food prep sink to protect oysters during shucking. No ambient thermometer in refrigerator walk in.
