Frozen meat stored in the walk in freezer, too close to the floor.

Violations: Two moderate-risk violation. Refrigeration units surfaces in the kitchen are messy. The back door is not sealed and does not shut properly, there are gaps on sides and underneath. Four low-risk violations. Adequate lighting is not available in hallway by the dishwasher. Light bulbs were burnt out. Ceiling tiles are too loose and torn in some areas. Ceiling paints are discolored, seal and repaint. Seal between wall and three-compartment sink is loose and filthy.

Violations: Eight high-risk violations. Multiple wet rags out of sanitizer bucket. Multiple employee drinks on food prep area. Flower boxes have water soaked into them. Drain line is flooding onto floor. Rodent droppings in outside storage area shed. No high temperature strips for sanitizer dish washer. Food in ice water container is holding at improper temperature. No hand washing soap in bathroom. Top and sides of equipment need to be cleaned. Back door is open to food prep area. Trash can next to dumpster has old food build up that is attracting birds. Two low-risk violations. Food box on floor needs to be six inches off the ground. Shelving needs to be made non-absorbent.
